Preheat the oven. Set to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (8x8 or similar).
Warm and whisk the base. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in the buffalo sauce, ranch (or blue cheese dressing), garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until creamy.
Fold in the chicken and cheeses. Add the shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, blue cheese (if using), and green onions. Stir until evenly combined.
Bake until bubbly. Spread the mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and the edges are bubbling.
For a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
Garnish and serve. Sprinkle with more green onions. Serve hot with chips and crunchy veggies.
